Ours is the same way, though I’m having doubts that the parsley ever died off in the first place. I think it was throwing it’s own little party under all the snow and ice.
Woo hoo! Parsley party! I think I get two years out of my plants. By the third they’re shot. I think these babies will be in their second year. I simply cannot wait!
