As much as we love food at Persephone’s Kitchen, my little backyard in Ohio doesn’t grow spelt. If you’re in the mid Ohio region, you might contact Stutzman Farms, or the good folks at Greener Grocer in the North Market. They, especially, have endless information about what our wonderful farms are producing and can provide. Good luck!
I learned recently the Clintonville Co op also carries Stutzman Farms and they have their whole wheat bread flour and whole wheat pastry. I’m giving them a try tonight.

I found some lowcarb/flax seed bread at Whole Foods, when there a few weeks ago. Loved it, and noticed an address on the package dailyfoodohio.com…..but, I can’t seem to find it anywhere (I thought perhaps I could order it by mail, instead of making a trip to Ohio). I was excited to find it included on this site, but when I click on it, I get a prompt that says Forbidden,….you don’t have permission to access Home.html on this server. What’s that all about, do you know? I’d really love to find a site for dailyfoodohio.com.
