I’ve always imagined what it must be like, tapping maples for syrup. Laura Ingall’s “Little House in the Big Woods” has an incredibly tasty segment on a sugar-off… as does her third novel, “Farmer Boy.” (some of my favorite books that make my mouth water…)
How wonderful this must have been!
