Leeks are awesome! I tend to use them in place of regular onions because when I buy leeks, they will always get used. When I buy onions…they just sit there until they get soft and start rotting. I don’t hate onions; I just rarely cook with them.
I love leeks, too! I even use the green tops in stocks. No leek left behind!
